Joining the Otterbein Swim Club:

If you are interested in information about the availability of new memberships, our Family, Couple, and Single rates, or other information about joining the Otterbein Swim Club, please CONTACT US. We charge a one-time Initiation Fee, Annual Dues, and charges for guests (over your first four guests each year).

Presently, our Membership is capped and we have a Wait List for incoming Members.

Resigning Your Membership and Requesting a Refund of Initiation Fee:

If you are a Member and desire to resign your Membership and request a refund of your Initiation Fee (less any fees due), please provide us with a Letter of Resignation and Request for Refund which should be mailed to:

Transferring a Membership:

With the Membership being capped, transfers of existing Memberships are not generally being recognized.  (Under Club policies and its Membership Agreements, a refund of a resigning Member’s Initiation Fee is available in place of a transfer.)  Transfers of existing Memberships will be permitted ONLY IF (1) a “2010” Approved Transfer Form has been previously provided by the Club to the resigning Member or (2) upon written request, as a part of the sale of a resigning Member’s house.  These limited transfers (A) must be accompanied by a pre-approved and Club-signed Transfer Form and (B) require that all outstanding fees have been paid in full.  Requests for pre-approved Transfer Forms should be made in writing to:
